Cuban ministries begin to surrender bills to the Parliament

Havana. Dec 25. (PL) The ministries and central organisms of the State will begin today to surrender bill to the Cuban Parliament whose permanent commissions its previous debates already culminated to the II Ordinary Period of Sessions of their Seventh Legislature.

The ministries of External Trade and of Trade Interior will open this process to upgrade the delegates of the National Assembly of the Popular Power (I Converse).

The commissions of Economic Matters and Constitutional and Legal Matters of the Parliament approved yesterday the verdict of the project of Social security that will be voted on Saturday in plenary session.

The Parliament's president, Ricardo Alarcón, participated in this meeting, where ratified that the State guarantees the social security of the Cubans.

Alarcón explained that this positive sanction registers in moments that millions of people in the world lose that social and economic support with reason of the international crisis.

This is a Law that contemplates the rights for all, while in Latin America and many other parts of the world you lacks them and of the access to the health and the education, he emphasized.

The panorama is different in Cuba that reordered its system of public health and it has contributed this way to improve the situation of the world, as it transcended in the Commission of Health and Sport.

The minister of Public Health, José Ramón Balaguer, explained that the base of the Cuban system is the primary attention.

In turn, the permanent commission of Energy and Environment evaluated the impact of the hurricanes that affected to the country this year, and the answer of the National Electronergrtic System .
