Take place in Galicia anniversary 50 of the Cuban Revolution

Havana, Dec 17.With an act in Santiago de Compostela the celebrations continued in Galicia for the anniversary 50 of the victory of the Cuban Revolution.
The meeting took place in the International Center of Press with the Fernando Salgado participation , general secretary of the local government Communication, and Luis Caramés, professor of Applied Economy of the University of Santiago of Compostela, informs an office of Latin Press.
Alejandro Fuentes, general consul of Cuba for Galicia, Asturias and Cantabria, highlighted the transcendency of the victory of the Cuban Revolution the first of January of 1959 that converted to the town-he said - in free and real actor of his own history.”
The speaker offered a panoramic on the development and achievements of the Island in the last five decades, marked almost since the beginning for the hostility, aggressions and the blockade of the United States.

He exposed on the collaboration toasted by Cuba to dozens of countries, and he thanked the help received by the Cubans to face the damages caused by three hurricanes that razed the Island some months ago.
Before the act, Fuentes and Carames offered a press conference in which the professor highlighted the narrow cultivated bonds between Galician and Cuban “for reasons that-he said - the emigration converted in historical.”

Will act in Camagüey theatrical Polish group.

Camagüey, Dec 17. One of the main Polish companies of theater, denominated street theater Biuro Podrozy, will act tonight in the Square of San Juan de Dios , of this city.

The Provincial Council of the Scenic Arts announced to the AIN that in the current cultural appointment, dedicated to the 50 anniversary of the victory of the Cuban Revolution, will participate collective of four counties, besides the representation of Poland.
The list, of nine groups, includes among others to Estudio Buendía and Theater of the Gentleman, both of the capital of the country; Estro de Montecallado, of the county of Havana; Paquelé, of Sancti Spíritus, and Teatro del Viento and La Edad de Oro, of Camagüey.
