Educators in Camagüey support educational transformation

The Association of Educators of Cuba (APC) in the county of Camagüey generalizes the initiative “I go with you”, to improve the teaching in the secondary education and to support the transformations in the education.

This experience allows to accompany the young teachers and to reinforce their preparation, by means of encounters with more experienced professionals.

Ángel Luis Gómez Cardoso, president of the APC in Camagüey, explained to the AIN that the movement “I go with you” he extends to the preuniversitaries, with the purpose of helping the students of twelfth grade in the realization from the entrance tests to the Superior Education.

The work of the educators in the county is linked, also, to the University of Pedagogic Sciences José Martí and includes superation courses for the sake of to enlarge the knowledge of the professors and to improve the quality of the education.

So that a divorce doesn't exist among the teaching and the economic necessities of the country, the APC and the Ability of Technical Sciences in the mentioned institution carry out actions that potencite the vocational formation toward specialties of agricultural type and veterinary science as primordial questions, added Gómez Cardoso.

The máster Nidia González Rodríguez, national president of the APC, informed to the publication Socialist Cuba that the days next December five six, the Cuban educators will carry outits IV Congress with a wide presence of Integral General Professors, in his majority youths.(Yaniuska Macías Rivero)
